I brought my bow along--not that it'll be much use in close quarters. If someone can carry the crossbow, that'll be one more weapon besides my sword and daggers.

I will carry it, I would have my brother unencumbered when he needs his blade.

Do you know how to reload and fire it? That would helpful if there are many creatures to fight down there.

I have some knowledge of it, but I have no experience compared to a veteran archer.

These modern bows are less likely to jam up, at least. At close quarters, it might be hard to miss a target, assuming that whatever it is can take harm.

I will remember that. I have asked the others, but what are your skills in medicine? I would know how many among us can use the supplies.

The first aid kit? I can do basic bandaging and binding of wounds, but my sewing is not particularly fine.

Good, that is about the same as most of us.

We will be leaving soon, you should make sure you are fully equipped.
