Before you arrived I said to my brother that I would help him with his own troubles. He lacks... the abilities I have right now. If you would take care of him and me too, I will rest.

In his case, to be tended to and have the food, water, and clean bedding that he needs. In my matter... just food and a warm bed.

I'm not your servant, or his. There is clean bedding in the other rooms, he can attend to his own when he is well again. Some of the rooms here have one bed, some have two. Decide amongst yourselves where you are going to stay and I will show you how to adjust the temperature so that you will be comfortable.

He can, but to... relieve himself he will need access to the outdoors.

See this? This is how you change the heating in this room. If it is too cold you adjust it like this, and if too hot, like this. *demonstrating, leaving it somewhere comfortable* It'll be good to keep in mind for later this winter as well.
